CGPHOA Boundaries

The Coconut Grove Park neighborhood, one of several neighborhoods in the Village of Coconut Grove has the quaint feel of a small town in the midst of the City of Miami. Its geographic region encompasses residential homes within the following borders: 

East: West side of SW 22nd Avenue between US-1 and Tigertail Avenue;

West:  The east side of Aviation Avenue between Tigertail Avenue and SW 27th Avenue, the east side of SW 27th Avenue between Abaco Avenue and Overbrook Street, and the east side of SW 26th Avenue between Overbrook Street and US-1; South:

North: North side of Tigertail Avenue between Aviation Avenue and SW 22nd Avenue; and North:

South:  The south side of US-1 between SW 26th Avenue and SW 22nd Avenue.
